Our Dirt Crew is growing! 🚜

We have plenty of work lined up and are looking to grow our team with experienced, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking for long-term opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Finish Dirt Operator

Responsibilities:

* Operate dozers, motor graders, skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
* Perform finish grading to meet plans and specifications.
* Work with GPS machine control systems (Trimble, Topcon, etc.) when applicable.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
* Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality production.

Requirements:

* Experience in finish grading and heavy equipment operation.
* Ability to read grade stakes and/or construction plans.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license preferred.
* ⁠Ability to pass a drug screen

Working Dirt Foreman

Responsibilities:

* Lead and work alongside the dirt crew.
* Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
* Read plans, manage grades, and ensure quality control.
* Communicate with superintendents, inspectors, and project managers.
* Operate equipment as needed while leading by example.

Requirements:

* Proven experience leading earthwork or sitework crews.
* Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and site preparation.
* Experience with GPS grading systems is a plus.
* Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and manage a crew.

Everyone meet Carson! If you’ve worked with us on a project or had an estimate done from us, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of meeting him! Carson wears all kinds of different hats and is the visionary behind our growth and development over the past few years.
Coming on as a tractor operator a decade ago, he has since moved into mulching, small residential development and helped grow our site work into multiple crews. He also assists project managers with logistics and scheduling - needless to say, Carson stays pretty busy!
